This project was the first major vertical development within the multi-phase Metropica master plan. The initial phase consisted of an $80+ million, 28-story, 475,000 SF luxury condominium tower comprising 263 residential units, along with an integrated 185,000 SF, six-story parking garage providing 475 parking spaces. The tower served as the foundational anchor for the broader $1.5+ billion master plan. Successful delivery required close coordination among design teams, contractors, lenders, city officials, and master plan stakeholders, while maintaining alignment with the district’s long-term vision.
Served (at prior employer) as the Owner’s Representative Project Manager and later engaged directly by MKSA to identify and resolve schedule delays. Led the development and implementation of corrective strategies through project completion, punch-list closeout, and occupancy.
