The project comprises 15 luxury condominium units across three boutique, low-rise buildings, designed with modern architecture, spacious floor plans, and high-end finishes. Emphasizing exclusivity and boutique scale, residences are priced between $2 million and $5 million. Construction was anticipated to span approximately 18 months following completion of foundation work.

Performed a focused forensic accounting engagement to objectively review and assess project cost data, identify discrepancies and risks, and develop transparent, actionable recommendations from an impartial third-party perspective.
