Disney – Project Galaxy Global Headquarters

Project Galaxy is Disney’s new $1 billion, 1.2 million SF, 22-story state-of-the-art broadcast and office headquarters in Manhattan’s Hudson Square, spanning an entire city block. The facility consolidates Disney’s New York operations—including offices, film and production studios, and ground-floor retail for brands such as ABC News, WABC-TV, and ESPN. Amenities include outdoor terraces, a full-service café, a screening room, wellness rooms, and modern employee-focused workspaces. The all-electric building incorporates advanced sustainability features targeting LEED Platinum, including on-site solar panels, a high-performance façade, and waste-heat recovery systems.

Our Role

Served (at prior employer) as the Owner’s Representative and broadcast-facility subject-matter expert, overseeing schedule management, tenant-interiors design, and owner-direct vendor engagement and planning to ensure fully coordinated delivery and operational readiness.
