In July 2021, Disney announced plans for a new $1 billion, 60-acre ground-up corporate campus in Lake Nona, Florida, intended to serve as the headquarters for its Parks, Experiences, and Products division. The development was planned to consolidate approximately 2,000 employees, including Imagineers relocating from Southern California. The proposed campus included six office buildings, two flex buildings, three parking garages, and a central utility plant—totaling roughly 1.8 million SF of office space.
Served (at prior employer) as the Owner’s Representative for Development Management, overseeing all development activities including planning, design, municipal approvals, scheduling, contractor procurement, and initial site-work activities prior to the project’s cancellation.
