American Dream Miami

American Dream Miami is a planned mega retail and entertainment complex envisioned as the largest mall in North America, encompassing more than 5 million SF of combined retail and entertainment space. The mixed-use program includes approximately 2 million SF of retail, featuring department-store anchors and a wide range of shops, and 3 million SF of entertainment, including an indoor ski slope, water park with a submarine lake, sea lion show, aquarium, LEGOLAND® Discovery Center, ice skating rink, theme park, miniature golf, luxury cinema, and a performing arts venue. The development also includes over 2,000 hotel rooms, creating a fully integrated destination experience.

Our Role

Served as the Owner’s Representative for Development and Project Management, overseeing program administrative activities including initial conceptual design coordination and preliminary pricing.
