Michael Kirschner is the Managing Principal of MK Strategic Advisors, LLC where he oversees all aspects of strategic capital project planning, development, execution, and delivery. Michael has served various Fortune-500 clientele on a regional, national, and global scale, and specializes in leading Program, Project, and Cost Management of large-scale ground-up development mixed use campuses, on combined project totals of 10+ million SF, $4+ billion, with subsequent migration of existing operations, and relocation of 7,500+ combined employees.
Michael has served in senior leadership roles overseeing teams of professionals delivering real estate solutions in strategic planning, cost consultancy, finance, transactions, project and development management, facility operations, and asset management.
Michael’s value to the C-Suite stems from his diverse educational background along with service in the United States Marine Corps during Operation Iraqi Freedom I in 2003. Michael is a certified PMP and LEED AP, and possesses several FEMA certificates for healthcare disaster management from the Emergency Management Institute of the US Dept of Homeland Security.
Michael has an MBA from Rutgers University with a Management concentration, a Healthcare Administration concentration from Florida Atlantic University, as well as a Bachelor of Architecture from University of Illinois at Chicago.
