• Read and understand construction drawings and specifications of various design disciplines
• Strong ability to prepare detailed drawings showing both the appearance and interior structure of a
building project using AutoCad and Revit
• Capable of assisting with all project phases from onset through completion
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite, with strong proficiency in Excel xlsx using
complex formulas to develop budgets and graphical charts.
• develop, monitor, adjust, and issue all project delivery, communications, and reporting tools—with
primary focus on budget and schedule
• Identify and prioritize issues and the corresponding tasks required to resolve complex situations,
assisting the manager through the development and implementation of strategic solutions
• Be able to communicate with project team contacts, including client, designers, consultants,
contractors, vendors, municipal representatives, etc
• Assisting the manager’s interactions with the various design disciplines and when to utilize the unique
role and technical aspects of each
• Assist with activities of building, reviewing, commenting, negotiating and approving processes
pertaining to scope buy-out, budget, purchase orders and other documents
• Prepare agendas and meeting materials and assist the manager to facilitate successful team activities
of lead meetings, develop and maintain master project budgets and timelines as required for each
project and project phase to ensure overall project objectives and client needs are met.
• Assist with activities involved in processes for RFP, RFQ, bid submittals and award communications
activities with outside vendors
• Assist involvement in operational procedures
• Assist project team members and consultants with obtaining and tracking of project approvals and
permits
• Assist with processes for planning, coordination and implementation of owner-direct consultants,
vendors, equipment, etc
• Assisting with leading and overseeing the processes for punch listing, commissioning, move-in,
operational readiness, and close-out when necessary.
