Private Residence – Boca Raton

This private single-family residence in Boca Raton, Florida underwent a comprehensive demolition and expansion to transform the existing structure into a custom luxury primary residence. The project began with the removal of the majority of the original home, followed by a carefully coordinated reconstruction and expansion process. The completed residence features multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, a full chef’s kitchen designed for both everyday living and entertaining, and thoughtfully integrated interior and exterior custom water features. The expansive backyard includes a full-court basketball court, resort-style pool, outdoor kitchen, fire pit area, and professionally designed landscaping, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience tailored to the owner’s lifestyle.

Our Role

Provided full Owner Representative services from pre-construction through final commissioning, overseeing project management, cost control, procurement, and FF&E coordination while managing low-voltage systems integration and securing all required municipal and utility approvals. Directed scheduling, design coordination, and construction oversight to protect the owner’s interests, mitigate risk, and ensure disciplined execution aligned with the client’s vision for a high-end private residence.
