This project involves the design and construction of a new cemetery office and monuments building. Prior to vertical construction, the scope includes critical site improvements such as completion of the platting and re-platting process, securing required development approvals, construction of a new right-turn lane at the existing roadway entrance, and widening of the adjacent canal. Canal improvements require coordination with the Lake Worth Drainage District, including reshaping and stabilizing the canal bank.
Served as the Owner’s Representative for Development and Project Management, overseeing re-platting, design and planning, contractor procurement, construction execution, scheduling, cost management, FF&E coordination, punch-list closeout, and occupancy.
