Space Coast Town Center is a large-scale, 225-acre, mixed-use, multi-phase “live, work, play” development designed to support the region’s growing aerospace, defense, and technology sectors. The master plan integrates residential, retail, office, industrial, and hospitality uses alongside community-focused amenities. Planned program elements include up to 3,000 multifamily residential units, including Integra Station apartments; approximately 350,000 SF of retail anchored by a planned grocery store; two hotels totaling 250–300 rooms; more than 500,000 SF of office space; and a network of urban plazas, parks, and a central lake. The site is strategically located along US-192, directly across from the planned Amazon warehouse development (Project Zeppelin), further reinforcing the area’s economic growth.
