This engagement supported Xerox’s global real estate portfolio, spanning 1,100+ sites and more than 25.4 million SF worldwide. The scope focused on enabling Xerox’s diverse, fast-moving business operations—including call centers, Regional Health Information Exchanges (HIX), and business-support service centers—while aligning real estate strategy with business-unit requirements and enterprise-wide operational objectives.

Our Role

Served as Program Manager on the senior leadership team responsible for delivering integrated corporate real estate and business solutions services within Xerox’s Business Solutions Sector (Account Services). Led multidisciplinary national service teams—including transaction managers, lease administrators, occupancy planners, strategic sourcing managers, project managers, and facility managers—while acting as a primary client relationship manager. Additionally, served as a core member of the high-profile JLL team responsible for securing and executing major new Xerox business pursuits. Developed and implemented portfolio-wide standards, processes, and best practices for planning and delivering fast-track design-build projects, enabling rapid deployment of new service centers and business-unit expansions.
