This project involved the design and construction of a 13,000 SF, ground-up high school building featuring prayer and community gathering spaces, a kitchen, offices, classrooms, a library, student lounge, science lab, and an outdoor recreation area.
Our Role
Served as the Owner’s Representative Development Manager and strategic advisor during the project’s initial planning, approvals, and design development phases, supporting the client in establishing a clear, compliant path for successful project execution.
