This engagement comprised a comprehensive $500K+ interior renovation program spanning more than 20 Starbucks locations across South Florida. The renovations included full floor replacements, new casework installations, upgraded finishes, modern lighting, wood paneling, and new furniture. The scope also incorporated targeted replacement of food-service equipment to improve operational efficiency and enhance the customer experience. The program delivered refreshed, modern store environments aligned with Starbucks’ brand standards and customer experience objectives, while maintaining consistency across multiple locations.
Served as the Owner’s Representative Project Manager, overseeing all phases of the renovation program, including design review and approvals, permitting and municipal coordination, contractor procurement and management, materials procurement and logistics, and the planning of store closures and construction schedules to minimize operational disruption. Also led municipal inspections, punch-list resolution, and final store reopenings.
