This project was the initial phase of Boca Raton Regional Hospital’s comprehensive campus expansion under Baptist Health South Florida’s $750+ million master plan. The first phase consisted of a $20+ million, design-build delivery of a 350,000 SF, four-story structured parking facility providing 972 parking spaces to support the hospital’s long-term growth strategy. Serving as a foundational enabling project, the facility was critical to advancing subsequent clinical, tower, surgical, and support facility expansions. The work required close coordination with active campus operations, complex site logistics, and the broader master planning effort. Scope included infrastructure tie-ins, circulation and traffic planning, pedestrian access improvements, and alignment with future development phases.
Served (at prior employer) as the Owner’s Representative, overseeing design-build execution, construction, municipal inspections and approvals, punch-list closeout, and operational startup.
